Our FITClub adapts personal training into group fitness classes

CALLING ALL MOMS!

Looking for a total body workout in one week along with mama motivation and parent inspiration?! Introducing the FITClub, a workout program that takes you through Cardio- Core- Strength- Flexibility in 50MINS and ends with a 10MIN Mommy meditation!

The FITClub offers YOGA-BOOTCAMP and MOMMY & BABY YOGA-FIT classes every week.  The classes incorporate a wide spectrum of movement including dance, yoga, pilates, bootcamp, and plyometrics! This workout is designed to leave your body sculpted, strengthened, stretched, and sweaty! Open to all levels (even prenatal!).
